You know, property taxes have doubled almost everywhere in this state the last four and a half years. You know, utilities have doubled in most cases. Homeowners, insurance, car insurance, groceries, gas, everything's higher. And unfortunately, Wages are virtually flat for most, you know, folks in this state. Small business revenue is virtually flat for most small businesses in the state. So we have folks taking in the same amount of income they did three, four and five years ago. (02:21–02:27)
