And let me say, I don't think that the CDC did everything right during the pandemic. I don't blame them for that because they were dealing with a brand new disease and it's not surprising. I personally think closing schools caused more harm than good. But I realize there are legitimate arguments, some boasts, sides of that. The problem is the CDC did lose some public confidence during COVID but now that's only going to be worse and people look to the CDC for advice. (42:55–43:02)
