Now, what many people don't realize is back in 2003, when we were doing George Bush's tax cuts, I added to that bill a Rural Hospital Relief Fund, and successfully so. So eventually A $50 billion rural hospital transformation fund was included in the bill. That will certainly help, but it does not begin to completely offset the cuts in the Medicaid program.
