When I learned there are more than 150,000 codes that many insurers use, no wonder physicians and other health Care providers are so discouraged by the paperwork that they have to go through. And we see that on prior authorization. We see that on CMS being very slow to approve the two new drugs for Alzheimer's that have been shown, if administered early enough, to slow cognitive decline by some 30%. That's amazing. And would have huge cost implications, not to mention the impact on people's lives and their caregivers and family members. Well, thank you, Senator. (34:36–34:53)
