And God forbid that any member of Congress would ever get up and say, I have a bill to repeal about 20 sanctions out of the 10,000 that we have out there. Exactly. This would be a non starter. So We only use [sanctions] as a means of punishment to make people's lives worse. And what are we punishing them for? For the sin of living under a government that we don't like.
