We have to make sure that we are doing everything we can in Wisconsin, that people have access to affordable care. So my plan for that is a public option on the exchange. It is based off of Colorado's model. That is a 5% reduction in premiums every year with some cost transparency, expansion of Medicaid. It's going to be harder for us to do that in the state based on the bill that Tom, Tiffany and Trump put out there, the big ugly bill. (15:03–15:10)
