Right. And so it creates this false dichotomy, and it creates this false narrative that we are fighting with each other for resources. And the reality is, is that Nobody has the resources that they need to be able to do what they need to do appropriately in any of those spaces. And so this is why we need to fix the formula for how we fund cities and municipalities. So it's fair and continue to have that conversation and be transparent about it. (56:52–57:01)
