When I talk about affordability, I want to take big swings at this. Our property taxes in Wisconsin are ridiculous. They're out of control. Depending on how you calculate it, We're usually around number five in terms of how high our property taxes are. you're not the fifth most. Most wealthy state by a long shot. Yeah. And I talk to folks every day on doors, especially older adults and fixed incomes, who are saying, I love my community. (13:01–13:05)
