I think I've had the honor when I was at the county in passing legislation. I was there for four years and it wasn't like it is at the state. I actually wrote and passed more legislation than anybody in modern history, going back to 2011, when digital records were kept. And it was amazing. And I was able to pass things like the right to counsel. So keeping something that provides attorneys for folks if they're facing eviction. (15:33–15:40)
