We've got a lot of Americans and again, there's not a lot of pressure to reduce spending. There's all the pressure if you just listen to the call. Why are you cutting Medicaid? We're literally not. We're trying to reduce the growth in Medicaid. We're trying to protect Medicaid for the vulnerable.
