Again, I don't think we spent too little in 1998. If you do the same thing for Obama 2014, that'll be about 6.2 trillion. If you do Trump's 2019 spending, it'd be about 6.5. So no matter how you slice it, that's you're saving somewhere between a half a trillion to 1.5 trillion over current expenditures. That would go a long way toward putting us toward balanced budget.
