And I fully recognize that the corruption, the capture of these federal agencies, one of the reasons I don't like I'm trying to reduce the size, scope and cost of government. But again I'm up against powerful interests. Unfortunately, Government seems to only grow in one direction, just ratchets up and we're finding out ratcheting it down is incredibly difficult.
