So that really deterred people from transferring. So maybe there is some room there. But to say you can just keep transferring with no end, I think it creates horrible incentives. And actually The college athletes arguably have more rights than the pro athletes. Because you get drafted in the first round of the NFL draft, you're going to sign a multi year deal.
