It is going to get momentum because I've never seen an issue whether you're Republican, Democrat, independent, rich, poor, black, white, male, female. People support term limits because they understand these incumbents go in, they're there too long. They rig the system to benefit incumbents. It's hard to dislodge them unless they retire. And we need new blood. And so I'm a big supporter of it. I've worked with some legislatures around the country urging them to follow Florida's lead. (42:18–42:28)
