Only the big boys will be competitive because they're the only ones that can afford is absolutely going to hamstring. If we did that with the Internet, we wouldn't have Internet as we know it. There are tons of laws in the books already that regulate the safety and transparency and lawfulness of the Internet that apply to the digital AI development. We have safety guardrails on there already. And we're going to have to be very thoughtful as we as Congress approach this. So we don't over regulate industry as ourselves. (17:14–17:25)
