The good news is this is nothing new when it comes to government putting leverage on states to do the right thing. And in this case I really do think it's the right thing. I'm a huge advocate for states rights. Matter of fact, that's one of my central themes to what I believe that the federal government should be limited in every scope except for interstate and international commerce. (32:03–32:06)
