It was one man, as a matter of fact, a guy who produces more spaceships than everybody else in the world combined. Thank God for private industry, because that's our only other alternative. Right now we are $37 trillion in debt. We're cutting budgets because we realize we're about to reach a crisis. And so the worst thing we could possibly do as a government is over regulate a business that's developing because that's our only future right now. (12:00–12:03)
