AI affects every state. If you're a new business and you're trying to be an interstate, because nobody's going to do just AI for a certain state. AI is on the Internet. It goes across borders, it goes internationally like that. If you're a small business, especially you're a startup and you have a $2 million regulatory burden because you're trying to figure out what states require what and what kind of regulations you have to uphold.
