They're shutting them down because the EPA sued them to shut them down. And that's what we're up against. But it shouldn't be the backs of the ratepayer that has to pay for it. I think We have to look at keeping our coal plants open as long as possible. and look at the cost of that. But eventually, if we can't stop the federal government, they're going to continue to be unaffordable. Now they're regulating the water that coal plants use. (35:10–35:14)
