Yeah, well, but the commission does a great job. So we're one of the best in the country for railroad safety. And the commission does oversee railroad safety. We have a fraud division for securities fraud. And there's actually people that proactively will find fraudulent cases before consumer is even harmed by them. So those things are going really well. But, yeah, we hear all the time about the utilities because that's about 90% of it. I brought up the water companies because that does get forgotten. (43:14–43:23)
