I think we have to look at keeping our coal plants open as long as possible and look at the cost of that. But eventually, if we can't stop the federal government, they're going to continue to be unaffordable. Now they're regulating the water that coal plants use. I do agree that this has a federal component, but I do also want to push back a little bit when you say it's not because of some social credit score. (35:20–35:24)
