Another thing that if I would, I mean, we cared about this, but I would be even more focused on it if I was doing it over again was the red tape that makes it hard to build anything in this country. So Projects are incredibly expensive. Like in New York, we're trying to do the second Avenue subway. Billions of dollars, and the tunnel's already there.
