Well, you take a look at this last budget. I was really proud of what we got done. So When I was first elected in 2016, I think we are bonding roughly 20 to 22 cents on the dollar. That's really not a good place that you want to be for long term longevity. Now we're down I believe to around 12 cents on the dollar, which is pretty healthy place to be. (18:53–18:59)
