So when I was first elected in 2016, I think we are bonding roughly 20 to 22 cents on the dollar. That's really not a good place that you want to be for long term longevity. Now we're down I believe to around 12 cents on the dollar. which is pretty healthy place to be. I'd like to be a little bit lower than that. But last session we used one time cash to pay for many of these projects. (19:02–19:06)
