Over half a billion dollars were spent in affordable housing projects and programs providing new homeowners the ability to update old housing stock, which I think Roughly 60% or more of the housing stock in the state of Wisconsin was built well before 1980. But more importantly, I think if we really want to help lower cost as it relates to rent and affordability, is taking a look at what we can do on the regulatory standpoint. (12:59–13:05)
