“Absolutely. What about spending? Is there any particular area of the budget that you think needs more state funding investment? Sure, I think there's a couple areas. Infrastructure in particular. In this last budget we did $150 million for a new program called ARIP for our heavy ag used roads. And of that 150 million of the first $50 million in grants that went out, there were over $200 million in applications. So that just goes to show that there is.” (04:08–04:16)
