I'm not sure that it's needed just because of the demand that's out there. I mean, you go on the Job center of Wisconsin's website and this has been a trend for the last several years. Anywhere from 80 to 130,000 jobs are available in the state of Wisconsin right now. Employers are so desperate and that's why they're willing to invest in future work for their future workers.
