Three or 4% is owned by the native corporation, and less than 1% is in private hands. How are we supposed to develop that? How are we supposed to do anything with that? You know, I think We have to get more of that land out of federal hands, into state hands, and then down into the private sector. Okay. The state needs to take the lead on this.
