I can't speak as well to the Senate, but I've studied the House for some time and interacted on the House side a bit. And the problem is this, We have districts around the country, 435 House districts, and those districts are either bright red or the bright blue, usually. Okay? So if somebody is able to win their Democrat primary or their republican primary, as long as they win that primary, effectively, they win that race because the general is not going to be competitive based on the composition of the district.
