I think a lot of folks were sold a bill of goods, maybe voted for it didn't, didn't really have the opportunity to walk through the full bill. It was a very complicated bill. It was a long bill. It was sold to the public as being a way to get dark money out of politics. which I think most of us would agree is a good thing. But the reality is it creates a set of perverse incentives.
