And there is no such thing as a perfect process for redistricting, but we go through it every single year and the courts do get involved. Right now in South Dakota, we've had voting rights challenges in the past. Sometimes we're successful in moving them through without having Department of Justice interaction. Sometimes the Department of Justice gets involved and they make modifications to it. I like that system. (20:40–20:44)
