I think the pandemic accelerated the concern among consumer groups. Let me give you just a couple of examples. Today in the United States with the concentration in the packing industry, If you lose a single packer, if you have a fire at one plant, you can lose 5% of your packing capability. which then slows down or decreases the value of the animals that need to be harvested.
