If there is the question that it is violence within the schools, then we have to work with the teachers, we have to work with the parents and the administrators to address that. We can't expect law enforcement officials to come in and be able to relate to what is happening to students within the school. Teachers know what students are facing, whether it's with academic, with mental health, with their family issues. They can step in and help with those issues and should be the lead on them.
