It will no longer allow utilities to charge customers for costs that benefit management and shareholders, such as executive travel and lobbying. We're also eliminating unnecessary charges on people's bills. This is something we got after a couple of years ago when I first took action and the department removed unnecessary charges for people's bills. (06:15–06:19)
