And the federal regulators ruled that utilities had in fact been overcharging us for years and in doing so, earning excessive profits. These profits amounted to about 1.5 billion. And right now the Utility companies have appealed that ruling. They're refusing to turn back $1.5 billion to Massachusetts residents. That's just wrong. And just this morning, there was a call of one of the utility companies. It was a shareholder call, and they bragged that they're going to keep fighting us in returning those rebates to customers.
