Now, back when I was Attorney General, I filed a case against the utility companies to get them to turn back money to Massachusetts residents and businesses. We won that case. We won that case. And The federal regulators ruled that utilities had in fact been overcharging us for years and in doing so, earning excessive profits. These profits amounted to about 1.5 billion. And right now the utility companies have appealed that ruling. They're refusing to turn back $1.5 billion to Massachusetts residents. That's just wrong. (02:39–02:49)
