Do you think that's one of the programs that has outgrown its usefulness and needs to be Well, I think that when it comes to Mass Save, it's a program that's been around for a while. It's played an important role. I do think that it's something that should be reformed. In fact, the legislation that I filed, it does propose reforms to that program. And I think what's important here is that money going in, taxpayer dollars going in, ratepayer dollars being used, be spent most effectively and efficiently as possible. (12:14–12:25)
