And we've learned that the FBI has routinely abused its ability to query section 702 data to spy on protesters, donors to Congressional campaigns, advisors to the President, members of Congress and member staff. We've even learned that NSA employees use the FISA database to look up their Tinder matches. Given this history, I want to advocate for two basic reforms.
