And then I introduce a bill in January. The bill has to go through the legislative process. Usually these bills actually happen a little faster. Usually the bills will get passed by the end of August, August or middle of September. And then the governor has a month to sign the bills. And so the bills don't actually get signed, usually until the end of September or the middle of October.
