It's a great question. So five years ago when I introduced that bill, there weren't a lot of those programs. Now there's been a proliferation of them called safe lot programs. And I know Mountain View, I think, has a couple, and I know Palo Alto has a couple [safe lot programs]. where community centers or religious institutions, churches or mosques or synagogues can create a program and work with the city to allow homeless people to sleep in their cars on their land.
