And law enforcement came to me and they said, hey, we see this loophole. We can't put bad people in jail when they're doing this because the law doesn't cover it. And so I introduced a bill to say, regardless of whether it's an actual child or a computer generated child, creating these images, sharing these images, possessing these images, is illegal in California. And we saw, unfortunately, and this will get to my second bill. We saw in southern California, that there were actually students creating these images of fellow classmates. (13:30–13:38)
