Texas has had some different regulatory structures there, have had a freeze and have had some issues of their own reliability. So from my perspective, my top priority as a commissioner is energy reliability. We have over 100 days here of over 100 degrees. We need to ensure that we have electricity and air conditioning because that's life or death in Arizona. All that happens as we focus on the affordability of our utility rates. (16:25–16:29)
