So we don't have a ghost town in the future. What is that economic development plan? I know I myself, having an interest in this, have I've spoken to the Arizona Commerce Authority and made sure that I was talking to the communities. We've held town halls in those communities in the past. So there's a lot of conversation happening, but it's ultimately the community that would decide what kind of industry they want to embrace.
