When you stop funding something and you literally start to cut and the need is going higher, that the math in terms of how we take over our schools must be fixed. The math that deals with voucher programs must be fixed. If we agree, if we can share the vision that it is our responsibility is an opportunity and an obligation to ensure every child has what they need in school to be successful, then we must realize the math has got to change.
