It's really the bulk of Appleton, Menasha, Neenah and Oshkosh, all of the city centers, the municipalities themselves are all really the hub. It's a very tight crescent around Lake Winnebago. And It is a very different district than it's been. It had been Nina, Menasha and Appleton were in 19, and then it pushed out to the west and then you had 18 down here. (01:36–01:39)
