So we had 3,000 unused vouchers. So I took 50 mayors to Washington, D.C. we went to the House, we went to the Senate, we went to the White House. We got the policy changed. It took a year and a half. So we're now down to about 1200 vouchers. But we have been getting veterans housed. But every step of the way, I keep finding these policies that contribute to the dysfunction of the system.
