So Up until now, we had 3,000 unused vouchers in this city because the federal policy said that if you were a veteran and you received benefits like your medical benefits, that we counted that as your income and we wouldn't give you a housing voucher. So we had 3,000 unused vouchers. So I took 50 mayors to Washington, D.C. we went to the House, we went to the Senate, we went to the White House. (07:31–07:53)
