When I think about the area here downtown, I also think about Little Tokyo, Chinatown, Avera street should be major tourist magnets. Little Tokyo I think, is pristine. Chinatown and El Pueblo have been in complete decline, in disrepair. We need to elevate those areas. And so I'm working on that. We've established a group of people, Latino and Italian leaders, to deal with El Pueblo, working with the Chinese community to deal with Chinatown. (20:14–20:20)
