And the biggest impediment, I think conventional wisdom was, well, no one wants to be a cop anymore. And so recruitment is down. That's not true. We did a marketing campaign, and we've had more people trying to be police officers. You know, over 1200 recruits at one point. I don't know what the latest numbers are.
