SEPTA, after their hands being forced by a judge, came to PennDOT to request permission to use $394 million of state capital dollars for their operating costs. I granted that request when SEPTA was reached out and asked for our approval. And that now allows SEPTA to stay afloat from an operating perspective for two more years. (09:06–09:20)
